How App-Based Calisthenics Training Works:

  • We start with a video chat to assess your current strength and mobility levels.
  • This fitness assessment helps us understand your goals and determine your starting point.


2: Customized 4-Week Training Program:

  • Based on the assessment results and your goals, we create a fully customized 4-week training program tailored to your needs.
  • The app guides you through each workout, tracking your progress and performance data.


3: 24/7 Support and Communication:

  • You have the flexibility to chat with me anytime through the app for any help or questions you might have.
  • I provide ongoing support to ensure you’re on track and motivated.


4: Continuous Improvement:

  • After completing the 4-week program, I modify your training program based on your progress and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement. Most clients choose to continue with this adaptive training approach.
