I’ve been training calisthenics for over 10 years and hold certifications through ISSA, the World Calisthenics Organization, and Systematic Calisthenics. Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of people build strength, confidence, and consistency through simple, effective training methods.
I’m the creator of The 1-10 Method, a minimalist training system designed to remove the barriers that stop people from starting and sticking with fitness. The program is focused on one simple principle: one exercise per day, and all you need is 10 minutes to start.
It focuses on fundamental calisthenics movement patterns and helps build full body strength and balance without complicated programming or overwhelming workout routines. Every exercise includes regressions and progressions, making it accessible for all fitness levels.
My coaching philosophy centers around consistency, intensity, and mastering the fundamentals so you can build a strong, capable body while fitting training into real life.
