🔹 Step 3: Coaching, Support & Accountability

You’ll have 24/7 access to me through the app for questions, adjustments, and support. Weekly check ins keep you consistent, motivated, and on track to hit your goals.


🔹 Step 4: Continuous Progress

After every 4 week block, your program evolves based on your progress and feedback so you keep improving. Most clients continue long term because the system adapts as they grow.

     I know what it feels like to want more out of fitness, whether it’s for your family, your career, or simply for yourself. That’s why I created The 3 hour per week calisthenics method.


    Over the past 5 years, I’ve helped more than 1,000 busy parents and professionals of all ages and skill levels build stronger, leaner, and more confident bodies using simple, proven calisthenics training.


    As a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), and with advanced certifications from the World Calisthenics Organization and Systematic Calisthenics, I’m one of the few trainers who specializes exclusively in Calisthenics/


    But my mission goes deeper than sets and reps. I built this program because I believe fitness should give you freedom. Freedom from long workouts, expensive equipment, and cookie-cutter plans that don’t fit your life. Freedom to feel confident in your body and to have the energy to show up fully for the people and responsibilities that matter most.
